The ideal candidate would have a background that includes probe and final test development of complex mixed signal circuits.Responsibilities include:Work with design team to understand design specificationsGenerate test plan, create test and char program, design ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) hardware interface boardsDebug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench dataAnalyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasksPerform statistical analysis of yield fallout; debug and fix yield issues; optimize test timeWork with production team to release products to volume productionDefine and implement test strategy for new productsDevelop ATE hardware and softwareSupport silicon qualification & characterization including qual hardware developmentPerform comprehensive device debugging, design validation and failure analysisDrive for robust and cost-effective test solutions while being accountable for product qualityWhy TI?Engineer your future. However, if TI determines that information access or export control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit you from working in this position without first obtaining an export license, TI expressly reserves the right not to seek such a license for you and either offer you a different position that does not require an export license or decline to move forward with your employment.Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering3 years of relevant experienceATE experience on Teradyne Eagle, Advantest Exascale, or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT), although Eagle and Exascale experience is preferred and is a differentiatorCharacterization test program and hardware development experience, production test program and hardware development experienceStrong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and analog test techniquesData analysis skills using Spotfire, dataPower or equivalent tool based on STDFExperienced with various lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, source meters, loads etc.Experience with product engineering activities such as yield improvement and test time reductionStrong understanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volume productionPreferred qualifications:Mixed signal test techniques and experience with developing mixed-signal tests on TI roadmap testersExperienced with test program and hardware offload to TI offshore manufacturing sitesProficiency in programming/scripting in C++, Java, Python, C#Proficiency in statistical analysis of test dataRevision control tools experience: GitDemonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationshipsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsFull timePosting Date: 2026-09-25
