Salary: $92,500 - 171,500 per year Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelors degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Preferred: Experience with MBSE documentation.
• Preferred: Prior experience supporting customer-facing systems engineering work.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile software development and enterprise test support.

• Work full-time on-site in a SCIF and support a customer-facing role.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, end users, and other stakeholders.
• Gather, define, and document customer and end-user use cases and requirements.
• Create and manage system- and subsystem-level requirements specifications using requirements management tools, maintaining their accuracy and completeness throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges and support effective teamwork.
• Support enterprise test events, including preparation, execution, follow-up actions, and daily standup meetings.
• Develop systems engineering documentation and program artifacts in support of technical and program objectives.
