Experience: Construction/concrete finishing experience required Key Responsibilities: Prepare areas for concrete placement assist with pouring, spreading, leveling, smoothing, and finishing concrete use screeds, floats, trowels, edging tools, and other hand/power tools form edges and joints patch or repair concrete surfaces assist with forms and site preparation read basic plans/specifications as needed and maintain a clean, safe work area. Qualifications: Previous concrete finishing/construction experience knowledge of finishing tools and techniques ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work dependable transportation and attendance and a strong safety mindset.
